2. Pay Per Bid Service
Once payment is made for Pay Per Bid Service, an executive initiates support, including document preparation and bid submission assistance.
- Payments are non-refundable after service initiation.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before support begins to consider any refund on a case-by-case basis.
3. Annual Subscription Service
Subscription fees are payable in advance and provide access to tender alerts, bid support, and registration services as per plan.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
- No partial refunds for unused periods.
- Subscribers may cancel future renewals anytime in advance to avoid charges in the next billing cycle.
4. Business Registration Service
Fees charged are for registration facilitation with government authorities.
- Payments are non-refundable once the registration process starts.
- Refunds may be considered only if service is not initiated within 7 business days of payment.

- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
