1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using tenderwallah.com (“Service”, “we”, or “us”), users agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

a) Tender Information Service

We provide government tender information for free browsing, excluding official tender documents. We strive for accuracy, but do not guarantee completeness or the timeliness of information. Users must verify all details before acting.

b) Pay Per Bid Service

On payment, users receive document assistance, bid preparation, and submission help tailored to the selected tender. No guarantee is offered of contract award, and fee is non-refundable once support is rendered.

c) Annual Subscription Service

Annual plans provide access to premium tender alerts, bid support, and selected registrations as described in subscription features. Subscription fees are payable in advance and non-refundable after activation.

d) Business Registration Service

We facilitate business registrations and licenses (such as GeM, GST, company, MSME). Users are responsible for providing complete and accurate documentation. Fees are for facilitation only; final authority for approval rests with government departments.

3. User Obligations

• Submit true and complete information.
• Not upload unlawful, infringing, obscene, or misleading content.
• Maintain confidentiality of login information.
• Use services only for lawful business/commercial purposes.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees are displayed before payment and must be paid in full for services to commence. Fees paid are non-refundable, except if TenderWallah fails to initiate service within 7 business days of payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

TenderWallah is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, delays by government platforms, or rejection of registration/applications by authorities. User accepts responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable tender and legal requirements.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, breach of these terms, or use of fraudulent/unlawful means.

7. Amendments

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Users are encouraged to review Terms regularly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
