- Vendor Assessment (Mandatory) — conducted by QCI empaneled agencies:
- Desktop Assessment: verification of company registration, ownership, financials, production capacity, etc.

- Assessment Outcome & Approval: OEM receives a Vendor Assessment Certificate (valid for 3 years)
